   • After finishing the form , please click the “ submit ” button . Your detailed information will be highly appreciated.
   • After receiving your inquire, one of our sales clerk will contact you in 24 business hours.

Sample Order:

   • Sends request for sample order specification and quantity.
   • ZYK will sent Proforma Invoice for samples by fax or e-mail. The Invoice will include freight cost, unless the client has specified account details with DHL or logistics company for delivery.
   • Client should sign the Proforma Inovice and return to ZYK by fax. Or Scan signed copy and return by e-mail.
   • Client should pay by bank transfer to bank and account as stated on the Proforma Invoice. Client also must sent the copy of transfer statement by fax or e-mail to ZYK. This will allow our finance department to track the incoming payment and allow us to prepare the goods in advance.
   • ZYK will begin processing the sample order as soon as payment is received.
   • The Sample will be sent by DHL as a parcel unless other requested by client.
   • The bulk order procedure also follow the above steps, other special cases, pls contact with our sales for further talk


Payment :

   Our company only accept payment term by L/C or T/T.
   Using T/T payment term, you'd better pay 30% deposit, then pay the rest after production and before delivery.
